Saneveda Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Saneveda”, “we”, “us”), as a Data Fiduciary, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your digital personal data when you use this website, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 made under it. (The DPDP framework is being implemented in phases, with the principal obligations expected to take full effect by 13 May 2027; we are aligning our practices accordingly.)

We may collect: contact details you provide through our forms (name, email, phone, organisation); information in adverse-event or medical-enquiry reports; and technical data such as IP address, device and usage information via cookies.

Consent and lawful processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (or for the legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, such as legal obligations and emergencies). You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Pharmacovigilance data is processed to comply with India's drug-safety laws.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, pharmacovigilance records are retained for the periods required under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules).
Your rights as a Data Principal
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act you have the right to: access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed; seek correction, completion, updating and erasure; grievance redressal; and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, as required under the DPDP Act.
