Important Safety Information
Tricyclic antidepressants can affect heart rhythm and may be dangerous in overdose. This medicine is contraindicated with MAOI antidepressants and soon after a heart attack.
Do not use if
Recent heart attack (MI); cardiac arrhythmias; concurrent MAOI use; severe hepatic impairment; known hypersensitivity.
Warnings & precautions
Contains a tricyclic (Nortriptyline): use caution in elderly and cardiac patients. Anticholinergic effects (dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention) may occur. Monitor for mood changes or suicidal ideation. Sedation — avoid driving until you know how it affects you. Do not stop abruptly.

How it works

Pregabalin modulates calcium-channel-dependent neurotransmission; Nortriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant) inhibits noradrenaline and serotonin reuptake, enhancing descending pain inhibition; Methylcobalamin supports the structural integrity of myelin and axons.
Indications
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy where mono-therapy is inadequate; mixed neuropathic pain syndromes; other neuropathic pain as advised by a physician.
Dosage & administration
One tablet at bedtime, or as directed by the physician. Caution in the elderly and in patients with a cardiac history. Avoid abrupt discontinuation.
Do not change your dose or stop the medicine without consulting your doctor.
Side effects
Drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, weight gain.
Postural hypotension (dizziness on standing), urinary retention, blurred vision.
Cardiac arrhythmia, severe sedation, serotonin syndrome (with interacting drugs) — seek medical care immediately.
Drug interactions
MAOIs (contraindicated), SSRIs/SNRIs, other anticholinergics, alcohol and CNS depressants.
