Overview
MP-DUO SR combines sustained-release Pregabalin with high-dose Methylcobalamin in a once-daily tablet, designed for patients with diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, and other nerve-related pain.
The sustained-release layer aims for steady plasma levels and better night-time symptom control; Methylcobalamin supports nerve regeneration over the long term.

How it works
MP-DUO SR calms over-active nerve signals that cause burning and tingling pain, while also helping damaged nerves repair over time.

Pregabalin binds the α2-δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and dampening the pain signal at its source. Methylcobalamin, the active coenzyme form of vitamin B12, supports myelin synthesis and axonal repair.
Indications
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy; post-herpetic neuralgia; and other neuropathic pain conditions at the physician's discretion.
Dosage & administration
One tablet once daily, preferably at bedtime, as advised by the physician. Titration is recommended per Pregabalin labelling. Dose adjustment is required in renal impairment.
Do not change your dose or stop the medicine without consulting your doctor.
Side effects
Dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, peripheral oedema (swelling), weight gain.
Blurred vision, ataxia (unsteadiness), constipation, mood changes.
Angioedema (swelling of face/lips/throat), suicidal thoughts (rare), severe skin reactions — seek medical care immediately.
Drug interactions
CNS depressants (alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines), thiazolidinedione antidiabetics, ACE inhibitors.
